Privacy Policy
How Rudderr, LLC collects, uses, and looks after the information you share with us through this website.
Effective October 6, 2026
Who we are
This website is operated by Rudderr, LLC ("Rudderr", "we", "us"), a wholesale company that partners with brands to sell their products across ecommerce marketplaces. This policy covers this website only. Rudderr Village Store (rudderrvillagestore.com) and the marketplaces we sell on have their own policies.
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you send a message through our contact form, we receive:
- your name and email address;
- the name of your brand;
- the marketplace you are interested in;
- how you heard about us, if you choose to tell us; and
- anything you write in your message.
The same applies to anything you send us by email or share with us during a partnership conversation.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, the server that hosts this site keeps standard technical logs of each visit, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages requested, and the date and time. These logs are used to keep the site running and secure.
Cookies and tracking. This website does not set cookies and does not use analytics, advertising trackers, or social media tracking pixels.
How we use your information
- To reply to your enquiry and talk with you about a possible partnership.
- To review your brand and products ahead of that conversation.
- To keep a record of our business correspondence with you.
- To understand how people find us, when you tell us.
- To protect the website and our business against spam, fraud, and abuse.
- To meet our legal obligations.
We do not add you to a marketing mailing list because you filled in the contact form.
How we share it
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own advertising. We share it only:
- with service providers that work on our behalf, such as our website host and the workflow service that delivers contact form submissions to our team, who may use it only to provide those services to us;
- if the law requires it, or to protect our rights, our partners, or the public; and
- as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or part of our business, in which case this policy continues to apply to it.
Our international team
Rudderr is an international company, and the team members who respond to you may work in a different country from you. By contacting us, you understand that your information may be accessed and handled outside the country where you live, and we apply the same care to it wherever it is handled.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as we need them to respond to you and, if we go on to work together, for as long as the partnership lasts and our business records require. After that we delete them. You can ask us to delete them sooner at any time.
How we protect it
The contact form is sent over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, and access to the information you send is limited to the people at Rudderr who need it to do their job. No method of sending or storing data online is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you share with us.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us at any time to:
- tell you what information we hold about you;
- correct anything that is inaccurate;
- delete your information; or
- stop contacting you.
Depending on where you live, for example in California, the European Union, or the United Kingdom, local law may give you further rights, such as the right to receive a copy of your information or to complain to a data protection authority. We will honour those rights where they apply, and we will not treat you differently for using them.
Links to other websites
This site links to other websites, including the marketplaces we sell on, our partners' sites, Rudderr Village Store, and our social media pages. We do not control those sites, and their own privacy policies apply when you visit them.
Children
This website is intended for businesses and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has sent us information, email angel@rudderr.com and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top of this page.
